Free Expo
An Expo+ Pass gets you access to the Expo Hall, Expo Stage Sessions, and the Expo Reception, all taking place on Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, at no cost.
Expo+ attendees also have access to all keynotes, happening on April 23 – 25.
Please note: Lunch is not provided with an Expo+ Pass.

Discounts
The following discounts may apply to your registration fee for Learning & HR Tech Solutions 2024 Conference. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative: You can combine (1) a standard Learning Guild membership discount, (2) one Early discount, (3) one Organizational discount, and (4) a Group discount for substantial savings. (Note: These discounts do not apply to two-day certificate programs, pre-conference workshops, co-located events, or the student rate.)
If you are a Learning Guild member, make sure you are logged in when you register online so our system will calculate your final fee, factoring in your discounts! You can log in at the top of this page.
Early Discounts
- Best Possible Rate Discount: Save $250 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, December 15, 2023.
- Super Early Discount: Save $200 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, December 16, 2023, and Friday, February 2, 2024.
- Early Discount: Save $100 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, February 3, 2024, and Friday, March 8, 2024.
Learning Guild Membership Discounts
- Guild members get a $100 discount on their conference registration
- Guild members with an Online Conference Subscription get a $200 discount on their conference registration
- Learning Leaders Alliance members get a $200 discount on their full conference registration
Organizational Discounts
Organizational discounts only apply to your Learning & HR Tech Solutions Conference registration. To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please send an email to service@LearningGuild.com or fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.
- NON-PROFIT—$200 discount if you are employed by any non-profit organization
- GOVERNMENT—$200 discount if you are employed by any government or military organization
- ACADEMIC INSTITUTION—$200 discount if you are employed by an accredited academic institution
Group Discount
Groups of three or more from the same organization qualify for a 10% Learning & HR Tech Solutions conference registration discount.

Student Discount
Current full-time students at any accredited university are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $595. To receive the discounted rate, you MUST validate your registration by providing documentation of your current, full-time, student enrollment status. Please email documentation to service@LearningGuild.com and we will assist you in completing your discounted registration. If you have not already done so, please create a free Learning Guild membership before reaching out.
Many of these discounts are cumulative, so your savings can really add up! (Note: These discounts do not apply to two-day certificate programs, pre-conference workshops, co-located events, or the student rate.)
Invoicing Payment Policy
Receiving an invoice for your registration is an available option up to 30 days before the event. If you choose to register less than 30 days before the event, up to and including onsite event registration, a credit card payment will be required to finalize your registration.
To be invoiced, select the “Invoice Me” payment option, and enter your PO#. If you don’t have a PO#, type in your name in the PO field. Please note that payment must be received before discount deadlines for the discount to remain in effect.

Cancellation Policy
All requests to cancel or transfer must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to service@LearningGuild.com. Substitutions can be made at any time up to April 19, 2024. Please call +1.707.566.8990 to arrange a substitution.
Conference Ticket
For full conference cancellations received prior to close of business on April 4, 2024:
- A $150 processing fee will be assessed and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.
For full conference cancellations received April 5, 2024, through the end of the event, April 25, 2024:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
- Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.
Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another show more than once.
Pre-conference Activities:
For workshop and co-located event cancellations received prior to close of business on April 4, 2024:
- A $50 processing fee will be assessed and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.
For workshop and co-located event cancellations received April 5, 2024, through the end of the event, April 25, 2024:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
- Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.
Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another show more than once.
Face-to-Face Event Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Learning & HR Tech Solutions is unable to take place as a face-to-face event, it will be conducted as the Expanded Learning & HR Tech Solutions Online Experience. Your registration will be applied to that event (no refunds will be given), with the following additional benefits:
- You will have access to the Learning & HR Tech Solutions Online Experience, an online event consisting of sessions and experiences that will be produced live or recorded, all of which you will also have access to on-demand at your own convenience.
- Your pre-conference workshop registrations (if applicable) will be rolled into next year’s Learning & HR Tech Solutions, or any Learning Guild conference in 2024 or 2025 (fully transferable).
COVID-19 Code of Conduct Policy
The Learning Guild will, along with our partners, prioritize the health and safety of all attendees as we build the Learning & HR Tech Solutions experience. Should it be necessary to put certain protocols in place to enhance the safety of all attendees, these requirements will be communicated on the Learning & HR Tech Solutions website and via email to all registered attendees in advance of the event.
Everyone registering for Learning & HR Tech Solutions does so on their own accord and based on their own personal determination of what they consider safe. With your completed registration you agree to assume all responsibility for your health as it relates to COVID-19 and to indemnify and hold harmless the Learning Guild and Focuszone Media, Inc. for same.
IMPORTANT: Your registration for Learning & HR Tech Solutions 2024 assumes you agree to adhere to any and all requirements we put in place to ensure the safest environment for all attendees. Anyone who refuses to adhere to these requirements will not be permitted to participate in Learning & HR Tech Solutions activities.
