Business Center/Copy Center

The RICOH Business Center is located in the Main Lobby of the Rosen Centre Hotel just to the left of the front desk. They are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed on Saturday & Sunday).

BYOD: Bring Your Own Device

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) sessions ensure that you receive in-depth, hands-on training while following along with the instructor step-by-step. Bring your device or laptop and follow along with the instructor.

Dress Code

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket because it can get cool in the evenings as well as in the session rooms. While masks are not required, we do encourage you to wear one if you are more comfortable.

Evaluations

All session and conference evaluation feedback will be collected exclusively via the mobile app. The evaluation form is short and takes less than two minutes to complete. Your opinions are very important to us, as it helps us shape the future of our events. Be sure to complete the Overall Evaluation before you leave the conference.

Please note: For eligibility to earn recertification credits from ATD, SHRM, HRCI, and HRIP you must bookmark a session prior to attending and then complete a session evaluation for each one to verify your attendance.

Expo Stages

This year’s expo features two stages with high-level educational sessions! These stages enhance the Expo by offering 30-minute presentations, discussions, and demonstrations on best practices, hot topics, and innovative new ideas.

  • Wednesday, April 24 — 10:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Live from Learning & HR Tech

Hear from leading companies about the latest technologies that will transform your work and discover best practices to inform your strategy. Sessions on the LIVE Learning & HR Tech Solutions stage will be available both in-person and streamed for viewing online.

Gain insights on how to drive our industry and explore strategies for creating the most impactful employee experiences. Sessions from the Innovations & Strategies stage will only be available live, in person.

Please return any found articles to either the conference registration desk or the hotel’s registration desk.

Meals and Beverage Breaks

Breakfast: A light breakfast will be served during Morning Buzz Discussions beginning at 7:30 AM each day of the conference.

Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks: Break times are listed in the schedule

Lunch: Lunch is provided on Sunday and Monday to those attending pre-conference workshops and on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Expo Hall beginning at 11:45 AM. 

Dinner: Dinner is not provided.

Mobile Devices

Tweet, blog, and text about the event (see the Social Media section below for tags), but as a courtesy to other attendees and the presenters, please silence all mobile devices during the sessions. If you must take or make a phone call, please leave the session room.

Morning Buzz

Kick-start your day with Morning Buzz, the ever-popular “Early Bird” discussions. This is your chance to grab a light breakfast and meet other conference attendees in a relaxed, casual environment, so you can share your best practices, insights, and tips while learning from one another’s experiences. There are multiple discussions each morning, so take a few moments to review the complete lineup of topics.

Morning Buzz will take place each morning from 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM.

Networking with Other Event Participants

Participants will have many opportunities, both formal and informal, to network with other event participants at the reception, during meals and breaks, and during SolutionFest, to name just a few examples.

We suggest that you bring a generous supply of business cards!

Optional Pre-conference Activities

All optional pre-conference activities, including one-day workshopstwo-day certificate programs, and the co-located AI Symposium are held on Sunday, April 21, and Monday, April 22. A separate paid registration is required to attend.

Orientation at Morning Buzz

If you’re new to the event or just want to know more about the conference, consider coming to the Orientation Morning Buzz session on Tuesday, April 23, from 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM. In this Q&A-style session, Learning Guild Staff will answer your questions about the event and share advice on how to have the best experience.

Recertification Credits

Learning & HR Tech Solutions has been approved for ATD, SHRM, HRCI, and HRIP Recertification Credits. Get more information on the number of credits you’re eligible for and how to claim the credits here.

Registration Desk Hours

The Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando serves as the conference headquarters for all activities. The on-site conference registration desk is located outside the Grand Ballroom. Check-in and information desk hours are:
