DemoFest is a fun and educational opportunity to see eLearning in action. Like a science fair, DemoFest is a collective showcase of eLearning examples where conference participants show off their latest projects. Attendees move from table to table, getting to see a wide variety of solutions to common eLearning challenges we all face and learning about the tools, technologies, and processes used to build them.

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket because it can get cool in the evenings as well as in the session rooms. While masks are not required, we do encourage you to wear one if you are more comfortable.
All session and conference evaluation feedback will be collected exclusively via the mobile app. The evaluation form is short and takes less than two minutes to complete. Your opinions are very important to us, as it helps us shape the future of our events. Please take a few moments to complete the evaluation for each session you attend, and be sure to complete the Overall Evaluation before you leave the conference.
Wednesday, April 12, 5:00p – 6:30p
Join your fellow conference participants at the Expo Reception, and do a little shopping at the same time. The reception is a perfect opportunity for you to grab a drink, get a bite to eat, and then meet some vendors! It will also be a great time to meet other conference participants and the conference speakers.
This year’s expo features three educational stages in a high-voltage environment! These learning stages enhance the Expo by offering 30-minute presentations, discussions, and demonstrations on the best practices, hottest topics, and most innovative new ideas in learning.

This is your chance to grab a cup of coffee and meet other conference attendees in a relaxed, casual environment, so you can share your best practices, insights, and tips while learning from one another’s experiences. There are multiple discussions each morning, so take a few moments to review the complete lineup of topics.

Participants will have many opportunities, both formal and informal, to network with other event participants at the reception, during meals and breaks, and during DemoFest, to name just a few examples.
We suggest that you bring a generous supply of business cards!
All optional pre-conference activities, including one-day workshops, two-day certificate programs, and the co-located Learning Leaders Forum are held on Monday, April 10, and Tuesday, April 11. A separate paid registration is required to attend.
