Lead Retrieval

At Learning & HR Tech Solutions 2024, we use an encrypted lead retrieval system to protect the security of each participant’s privacy. We follow compliance protocols, so each participant can choose to share their badge’s QR code to scan, or not. Most attendees readily participate, enabling you to follow up and provide details about your products/services. Third-party scanning systems will not work, so sign up for your scanner today! 
 

Order Your Scanner

Pricing and options are listed on the ATS Lead Retrieval Form. Note that the pricing for lead retrieval units goes up on Friday, March 22, so be sure to order early. Scanners are also subject to availability on-site, so be sure to request yours in advance. Your organization must complete a mandatory Scanner Agreement form with our third-party provider, ATS. To ensure on-site availability, this form should be completed before Friday, March 22 to receive the discounted rate.

Order your devices with ATS

Picking up your Scanner on-site

Each organization must pick up its own devices on-site at the lead retrieval desk located at the exhibitor services desk.

Returning Your Scanner

All scanners must be returned to the on-site registration area on Tuesday, April 24, by 4:00 p.m. Late return is not available. Do not leave your scanner in your booth or session. Scanners not returned by 8:00 p.m. are subject to replacement fees/fines from ATS directly.

Important to Note: List Scam Warning

Some nefarious enterprises occasionally attempt to market “attendee” databases from events held nationwide. We adhere strictly to privacy compliance standards and do not engage in selling or disseminating our attendee registries to any parties. If you receive contact from such fraudulent entities, we strongly suggest that you refrain from responding, as they are known to exploit responders’ information for unethical reasons.
