Below is a list of tasks and critical due dates that will assist you as you plan for your participation. Please refer to this list of deadlines or add them to your calendar to ensure the success of this partnership.

IMPORTANT WARNING for attendee lists & hotel rooms – The Learning Guild does not sell attendee lists. We do not authorize third-party agents to sell attendee lists or offer attendees/exhibit staff hotel rooms. Should you see offers, they are scams. The only approved party is Connections Housing, an official vendor that assists the Rosen Centre Hotel in booking rooms for attendees. Please contact Christian Keator or Anthony Licata to learn how to reach attendees via direct emails and advertising.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) and Certificate of Liability Insurance are due for exhibitors hiring a third-party contractor for their exhibit set up/dismantle.

Advanced Shipments: If you plan to ship in advance, please carefully review the dates and pricing. Freeman is responsible for receiving and handling all exhibit materials and empty crates. They are responsible for managing loading docks and scheduling vehicles for the smooth and efficient move-in and move-out of the Exhibition.

Hotel Discount Deadline – Book your hotel rooms to ensure availability, and book early to avoid disappointment.

Register your team of employees who will be attending and working the event. The exhibitor registration link will be sent to the primary contact. Online registration closes on April 17.

Internet & Wi-Fi (optional) – The event host will provide overall conference Wi-Fi. However, if you require a “critical” connection for demos or displays at your booth, we strongly suggest ordering a hard-wired connection through a third-party provider.
